Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. All prints are handmade to order and require a period of drying before they can be packed for shipping. I try to notify all my customers when their has been posted and will include any tracking information where applicable. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times will vary depending on service and destination.

UK Orders: 

I aim to post all UK orders within 1-2 working days and generally offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard postage. Royal Mail advise that customers should expect between 3-5 working days for 2nd Class Delivery after posting - although this timeframe can lengthen during busy periods or in the event of strike action. Some large value orders may be posted with a free upgraded service to to ensure the correct insurance is covered. If you require a faster delivery time I also offer an option top upgrade (for additional cost) to Royal Mail Special Delivery which offers a 1-2 day delivery time after print processing and posting. 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to most locations. Please contact me mabongallery@gmail.com for confirmation, delivery estimates & prices. Please Note: Your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mabon Gallery is not responsible for these charges and any consequent delays if they are applied by your government's agencies and any additional charges will be your responsibility as the customer.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & REFUNDS 

If you are unhappy with the quality of your print we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Providing the item is returned in its original condition we will be able to issue a refund (excluding any shipping costs) for the return. Qualifying returns will be will be processed and refunds issued within 10 days of recieving the returned item(s).
