Returns, Damages & Refunds Policy

Quality Guarantee
All prints are 100% quality guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the quality of your print I am happy to accept returns and offer a full refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: buyers are responsible for return postage costs and all prints should be returned in their original condition & packaging to qualify for a refund.   

Damages During Transit
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your print has been damaged in transit please take photos of the damaged print or packaging and email to mabongallery@gmail.com so I can arrange a replacement or refund. Please note: Photos are required for me to make a damage claim with the shipping agent and will help me to resolve your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Arranging a Return
To request a return, you can contact us at mabongallery@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 47 Tircreven Road, Limavady, NIR, BT49 0JH, United Kingdom (buyers are responsible for return postage costs and all prints should be returned in their original condition & packaging to qualify for a refund.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mabongallery@gmail.com.
